For all you celiacs or gluten conscious eaters this is a cupcake for you. This is a delectable chocolate made with....BEETS?!?!...i was skeptical too...but i promise you, it is a wonderful surprise. it is uber chocolatey all topped with a fresh fruity frosting with a lemon zest.
